This episode is a long time coming, we recorded it in the fall of 2021, but with the golf, season slowing down coupled with the issues we had we were having with our WordPress tech, we felt like it was worth waiting till we had our tech issues resolved and golf season was back up and going. With Tiger back in the hunt this week, to say golf is back to the year is an understatement and a perfect time to release the episode. 

This interview focused on talking with Jason Fields, one of Radda’s founders about golf, their brand, and what it means to be successful in a modern retail landscape.

Last year, I searched for new golf gear that didn't look like everyone else is wearing on the course.  If you know me, you know I love sneakers and bright colors, sometimes I am conservative, other times I want to be loud.  I was looking for a golf brand that reflects my personal interests and taste. Part of that search led me to discover Radda Golf. Right out of the gate I was very intrigued by a golf brand that had their ad campaign with folks playing golf in Brooklyn, I could tell this was more than just a contemporary golf apparel brand, these guys were doing it their way. Fast forward a few weeks later I emailed the team at Radda golf to see if they would be interested in being a guest on our show. Quickly thereafter I had one of the more enjoyable “prep calls” I use air quotes because I think we ended up chatting for over an hour and dived into way more detail than I would typically do in that sort of call, walking out of that call, I knew the Q+A would be top-notch.
