Why It Matters: Recording meeting details takes effort, and I find that often time, people are too busy capturing vs. listening and processing.

Story-3:: Covid’s Impacts on Employees
Overview: One year into Covid, Employers, particularly tech companies are increasingly adopting extended work-from-home policies.
Why It Matters: Working from home has been excellent for many in that they don’t have to commute and get that time back. This is often just a theory for many; it has resulted in longer working days, more time in front of screens, and a massive shift to social isolation. It will be interesting to see the data on the number of vacation days taken over the next few years, and if you see a trend, individuals are taking their maximum vacation because they need a mental break. Story-6:: Summer is here, bring on the bikes
Overview: A few years back, I learned about Sole Bicycles and have been obsessed with their bikes, the brand and of course their music.
Why It Matters: The moment it reached over 40-degrees here in sunny Chicago, shorts were on, bikes tired were pumped, and I was ready for summer. And while I love my mountain bike, I have been in the market for something bumping around town and going to and from the pool. Long been a fan of the team, their products, and above all their fixtapes. In fact, when I get a couple of days off, I am gong to start to look at customizing a bike for this website via their custom program Custom-Corporate. In the meantime, check out a few of my favorites from the Sole Team and don’t forget to subscribe to to their newsletter for updates on bike specials.
Based on title, I assume, Peter Hon their Art Director does all the mixtape artwork, if you don’t need a bike, at a minimum head to the site to check out all the incredible artwork created for the site and the Fixtape series.
