Each week I spend some time Sunday night planning out my week. I am talking detailed list of the things I want to accomplish personally, professionally, and physically.
I use a combination of graph paper style notebooks, mobile apps, laptop based sticky notes, and whiteboards. In addition to my to-do lists, I also use the graph paper to create day-by-day activity list of those things I want to accomplish on a daily basis. I typically reserve this sort of thing for items like, go to the gym, get up at 5:30, go to bed by 11:30, stretch at 4 PM etc.. etc…
While each person has their own method to creating their to-do list / action list, I think we can all agree that we need some a music playlist to get through the items on your list and cross off some of those to-do’s.
