Artist Overview
Complexion is a host on the @futurebeatsshow / Future Wave on @1xtra / @Twitch. While I am not 100% sure, sounds like he is a Londeroner! His show jumps around a ton in terms of the artists he features, but the two common themes is there are always good vibes and typically a little more on the downtempo. So if you are looking for music to work to, I have constanstantly come back to his shows for knocking out hours of work or just chilling and handing at the house.

MUSIC MONDAY SERIES
Scientists believe that listening to music in a group helps people to connect. This connection happens because the rhythm in the music helps people's brains synchronize. This allows them to coordinate their body movements. As a result, music can influence how we work in a group. While I wish we could all be at concerts together all the time, sadly, we can not.
